Shipping
Freight is quoted separately unless your written quotation says otherwise. Customs duty, import tax and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.
Custom-product returns
Personalized products cannot normally be returned because they are made to specification. Report damage, shortage or a production defect within seven days of delivery with photos and packaging details.
Resolution
Where we confirm a manufacturing defect, the available remedy may be replacement, rework, credit or refund depending on the circumstances and agreed terms.
